We use your information to fulfil orders and bookings, send order and appointment updates, respond to enquiries, and, if you've opted in, share promotions and new arrivals.
Confidentiality
Your phone number, email, appointment details, and any photos you share with us are kept confidential. They're used only by the staff and stylists who need them to deliver your order or service, and are never sold.
Photos & Social Media
We may take before-and-after photos or videos of salon work. We will always ask your permission first before posting anything showing you on our social media or website.
Payment
There's no online payment gateway yet: orders and deposits are currently confirmed by phone, WhatsApp, or mobile money rather than card payment on the site. We do not ask for or store full card details.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the delivery and courier partners required to fulfil your order.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
