Orders & Payment
By placing an order you confirm the details provided are accurate. Prices are listed in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price charged.
Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Ocean Beauty Enterprise is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.
Appointments & Deposits
Salon appointments should be booked in advance through the site or by contacting us directly. A deposit is required to secure your slot, shown before you confirm a booking and currently paid by phone, WhatsApp, or mobile money. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can so the slot can be offered to someone else.
Late Arrival
We hold your appointment for 15 minutes past the booked time. Arriving later than that may mean a shortened service or the need to reschedule, depending on what else is booked that day.
Cancellations & No-Shows
You can cancel a booking at any time using the link sent when you booked. Rescheduling online is available up to 2 hours before your appointment; after that, contact us directly. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or for no-shows.
Returns & Refunds
Unopened, unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. If a salon service does not meet the standard agreed with your stylist, tell us within 3 days and we will offer a correction at no extra charge rather than a cash refund.
Payment
We accept mobile money (Airtel Money, MTN MoMo, Zamtel Money) and cash on delivery for orders, and cash or mobile money in-salon for appointments. Product prices are shown at checkout before you pay; service prices and deposit amounts are shown before you confirm a booking.
Product Accuracy
We aim to display product colours and descriptions as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to photography and screen settings.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
